How long does delivery take?

We need 1 to 2 days to process your order, and then 5 to 7 days for delivery.


Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


Where are your products shipped from?

Our office is based in London, United Kingdom. Our international warehouse is located in China.


Do you offer product tracking?

Yes, please allow 3 days after placing your order to receive an email with your tracking number. You can also request it by emailing us at support@yaurri.com.


Some items are missing from my order. What happened?

Our products are sometimes shipped separately depending on the order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two shipments. The rest of your order should arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please send us a photo of the damaged item to support@yaurri.com, and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven’t received my order. Why is it taking so long?

We apologise for the delay. Sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can always track your order to see where it is. If you need help tracking your parcel or would like more information, please email support@yaurri.com.


Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may experience with their online purchases. However, if you wish to request a refund for your order, we will be happy to process it, provided the request is made within 30 days of the order date and the items are not on sale.
